What’s Happening in the Legislature?

The 2024 Legislative Session officially kicked off on January 9th. For the next 60 days, legislators will be discussing bills that have the potential to impact Florida’s franchise dealers. While FADA does not have specific legislation filed this Session, here are some the bills that we are actively monitoring:

• SB 194: Motor Vehicle Repair Work (Gruters)
