The Florida Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation (FADCF) was created in 2004, after Hurricane Charley as a way to assist the hardest hit employees of Dealer Member stores, during and after a natural disaster. Every dollar is used solely to assist the emergency needs of our Dealer Member employees during and after a natural disaster. There are no administrative charges of any kind.
Dealer Principals/Management can submit applications for employee hardship losses for up to $500 per employee. Distributions are only for employees who are actively working with emergency needs such as food, clothing and shelter. Loss of wages or property are not eligible. Applications must be approved and submitted by the Dealer Principal/Managment. Once received, FADA’s Chairman and President work together with the Dealer Principal/Management to vet distributions.
